Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unionlabs.top with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return if approved in advance. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Union Labs reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Union Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
